About  me ....

My interest in herbs began over 17 years ago while studying massage and aromatherapy. I was immediately fascinated by the properties and benefits of essential oils—extracted from herbs—and how they could support wellbeing and improve quality of life. That curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong passion.

Many herbalists have a defining moment that inspires their journey, and mine came through a personal experience with our daughter. She had been living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for several years, and conventional treatments had not helped. While living in Sydney, Australia, a friend suggested trying a naturopath. After a thorough consultation, she was prescribed a herbal tincture, along with dietary changes and supplements. Within a few weeks, we began to see remarkable improvements. From being almost entirely homebound, she returned to school and successfully completed her Higher School Certificate (equivalent to A levels). Witnessing this transformation was a turning point for me, and it ignited my dedication to exploring the therapeutic potential of herbs.

This led me to study Nutrition, Bach Flower Essences, and Materia Medica at Nature Care College in Sydney. On returning to the UK, I pursued a BSc in Herbal Medicine at the University of Westminster, graduating with an upper second-class honours degree.

I am passionate about sharing the benefits of herbal medicine and believe that, at every stage of life, medicinal herbs can support specific health conditions, promote overall wellness, and enhance quality of life. My goal is to help people harness the healing potential of plants to achieve balance, vitality, and wellbeing.
