Holistic Wellness Collaboration

Anita Lennox, Hypnotherapist and I have come together to offer a collaborative programme combining hypnotherapy and herbal medicine, bringing together two complementary approaches that support emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Through guided hypnotherapy sessions alongside personalised herbal support, the programme encourages gentle, sustainable change. By addressing the connection between mind and body, clients are supported in building resilience, reducing stress and developing healthier patterns that support long-term wellbeing.

Anita offers supportive and effective hypnotherapy programmes designed to help individuals create meaningful and lasting change by addressing the subconscious patterns that influence thoughts emotions, behaviours and habits.​Rather than relying on willpower alone, this approach works with emotional triggers, stress responses, motivation and self-belief to support positive behavioural change.

 

Programmes may focus on areas such as weight management, low mood and anxiety, menopause related challenges, sleep difficulties and overall well-being.​Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, helping to gently re-pattern unhelpful habits, strengthen resilience and support a greater sense of balance and control.  

 

Hypnotherapy can help individuals develop healthier responses to stress, improve confidence and create sustainable lifestyle changes.​

 

When combined with herbal medicine support, this integrative approach works with both mind and body, supporting emotional wellbeing, nervous system balance, hormonal health and restorative sleep.

As with all my clients, you will receive an in-depth consultation to explore individual health concerns, medical history, current medications, lifestyle factors and overall wellbeing.  Treatment plans will include carefully selected herbal preparations to help support the body's natural healing processes and restore balance.

Herbal medicine can support a wide range of areas including digestion, hormonal health, immune function, sleep, stress management and nervous system regulation. It can also play a supportive role in mental and emotional wellbeing, helping individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, fatigue, burnout and other stress-related concerns.

Every client is unique and each will receive a personalised and thoughtfully designed programme tailored to their individual needs, supporting both physical health and mental wellbeing as part of a holistic approach to care.
